About Russell Grace
With over 39 years of experience in financial services, Russell has built a career on careful client care and long-term professional relationships. During this time, he has developed an extensive network of professional contacts. The Russell Grace Network has been solely created to connect clients to other useful, trusted professionals.
Russell began his career with Prudential before moving into financial advice with Chequers. He later specialised in mortgage advice with Chase de Vere in the City, working with high-net-worth clients on complex lending requirements. Building on this experience, Russell established Chatsworth Mortgages in Ascot, developing a whole-of-market mortgage practice and helping hundreds of clients arrange mortgage finance.
Today, Russell is an independent mortgage adviser at City Finance Brokers with access to a huge range of property finance lenders and offers a fee-based service from initial consultation through to completion and beyond. This is the one area where Russell provides regulated advice directly.
Outside mortgage advice, Russell has launched Russell Grace Network, an introduction service giving clients access to a network of experienced professional contacts built up over many years.
Through an initial conversation, Russell will establish what type of professional assistance you are looking for. With your agreement, Russell Grace Network can then introduce you to a relevant professional within its network.
Russell Grace Network does not itself provide legal, tax, investment or insurance advice. Any advice or recommendation is provided directly by the relevant professional or regulated firm, following their own assessment of your requirements and circumstances.
While Russell’s experience spans four decades in financial services, mortgage advice remains the one area in which he is personally qualified to advise; introductions to other professionals draw on their own specialist expertise, not his.

What Russell Grace Network does:
- Establishes what type of professional assistance you are looking for.
- Introduces you to a professional within its network who may be able to help.
- Passes your contact details to that professional, with your agreement.
- May receive a referral fee or other remuneration from some professionals for introductions — see “How Russell Grace Network Is Paid” below.
What Russell Grace Network does not do:
- Provide legal, tax, investment, pension, protection or other financial advice.
- Assess whether a professional’s advice is suitable for you.
- Recommend a particular financial product, provider or investment.
- Arrange or administer the professional’s service on your behalf.
- Guarantee the advice, products or services provided by an introduced professional.

Mortgage advice is provided by Russell in his capacity as an adviser of City Finance Brokers Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, whether you’re buying, remortgaging or investing in property.**

We can introduce you to a suitably qualified pension adviser who can discuss your retirement planning requirements.
Investments
We can introduce you to an appropriately authorised investment adviser who can discuss your circumstances, objectives and investment options with you.
Power of Attorney
We can introduce you to a solicitor within our network who can discuss arrangements for managing your affairs.

How It Works
How Russell Grace Network works:
- Tell Russell what type of professional assistance you’re looking for.
- Russell will explain how the introduction works, and whether he receives a referral fee for it.
- With your agreement, Russell will pass your contact details to the relevant professional.
- The professional will contact you directly and discuss your requirements.
- Any advice, recommendation or service is provided by that professional, under their own regulatory and professional arrangements.
How Russell Grace Network Is Paid
Russell Grace Network is an introduction service, connecting clients with carefully selected specialist professionals.
Where a client is introduced to one of our specialist partners — for example, in relation to investments, pensions, life assurance, wills and probate, inheritance tax planning or private medical insurance — Russell Grace Network acts solely as an introducer and does not provide advice in respect of those services.
The specialist adviser will be responsible for assessing the client’s individual circumstances and providing any advice or recommendations required.
Russell Grace Network may receive an introducer fee or commission from the specialist partner for making the introduction. Where applicable, this remuneration will not affect the advice or recommendations provided by the specialist adviser.
Mortgage advice is separate and is not provided by Russell Grace Network. It is provided directly by Russell Grace in his capacity as a mortgage adviser of City Finance Brokers Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Any fees payable will be clearly explained and agreed with you in advance by City Finance Brokers Ltd.
