Where you engage Russell for mortgage advice specifically, that part of the service is provided by Russell in his capacity under City Finance Brokers Ltd (registration number 09881116), which will act as data controller for the mortgage advice process itself, under its own privacy notice.
ICO registration: Russell Grace Network is a separate business from City Finance Brokers Ltd. City Finance Brokers’ ICO registration (ZA317175) does not cover data collected through this website. Russell Grace Network (Mr Russell John Grace) is separately registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration number ZC222744.
