About Russell Grace Network
Russell Grace Network is Russell Grace’s own personal introduction service. It is separate from City Finance Brokers Ltd, is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), and does not itself provide financial, legal, tax or investment advice of any kind.
Russell Grace Network exists to introduce individuals to experienced professionals across a range of financial, legal and property-related fields, including but not limited to: wills and probate, protection insurance, inheritance planning, loans, medical insurance, solicitors, later life mortgages, pensions, investments, and powers of attorney.
Any advice or recommendation you receive following an introduction is given solely by the relevant professional or firm, based on their own assessment of your circumstances. Russell Grace Network does not provide or influence that advice and is not responsible for the advice, recommendations, products or services provided by the relevant professional or firm.
Mortgage Advice
The one exception to the above is mortgage advice. This is not provided by Russell Grace Network. Mortgage advice is provided separately by Russell Grace in his capacity as a mortgage adviser of City Finance Brokers Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, FCA registration number 766295. You can check this on the Financial Services Register.
City Finance Brokers is a credit broker, not a lender. City Finance Brokers Ltd is not otherwise connected with, and has no responsibility for, Russell Grace Network or the introductions it makes.
Your home/property is at risk if you do not keep up the repayments on it or any other loan secured against it. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home.
Equity Release / Later Life Mortgages
If you are introduced to a specialist for equity release or a later life mortgage, please be aware:
- Equity release will reduce the value of your estate and may affect your entitlement to means-tested benefits.
- It is not usually possible to reverse an equity release arrangement once it has completed.
- Independent legal advice is normally required before proceeding, and the specialist you are introduced to will explain this in full.
Introductions to Other Professionals
When Russell Grace Network introduces you to a third-party professional or firm:
- That professional or firm is solely responsible for any advice, recommendation, product or service they provide to you.
- Where the service is a regulated activity (for example, protection insurance, investments, pensions, or consumer credit), it will be carried out by a firm authorised and regulated by the FCA under its own permissions. You should check the professional’s regulatory status independently before proceeding, for example via the Financial Services Register.
- Some introductions (for example, to solicitors) are to professionals regulated by bodies other than the FCA, such as the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
- Russell Grace Network is not a party to any contract, advice relationship, or transaction between you and the professional you are introduced to, and accepts no liability for the advice given, products recommended, or services provided by them.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about mortgage advice, this is dealt with separately by City Finance Brokers Ltd, as part of their own regulated complaints process. If you have a complaint about an introduction made by Russell Grace Network, please contact Russell directly at russellgracenetwork@gmail.com. If you have a complaint about the advice or service provided by a professional you have been introduced to, please contact that professional or firm directly, in line with their own complaints procedure.

How Russell Grace Network Is Paid
Russell Grace Network is an introduction service, connecting clients with carefully selected specialist professionals.
Where a client is introduced to one of our specialist partners — for example, in relation to investments, pensions, life assurance, wills and probate, inheritance tax planning or private medical insurance — Russell Grace Network acts solely as an introducer and does not provide advice in respect of those services.
The specialist adviser will be responsible for assessing the client’s individual circumstances and providing any advice or recommendations required.
Russell Grace Network may receive an introducer fee or commission from the specialist partner for making the introduction. Where applicable, this remuneration will not affect the advice or recommendations provided by the specialist adviser.
Mortgage advice is separate and is not provided by Russell Grace Network. It is provided directly by Russell Grace in his capacity as a mortgage adviser of City Finance Brokers Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Any fees payable will be clearly explained and agreed with you in advance by City Finance Brokers Ltd.
